BENJAMIN C. HOFFMAN, ESQ

Benjamin Hoffman grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and graduated from George Washington High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Arcadia University in 2008 and his law degree from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in 2011. He has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2011.

Before representing injured people, Benjamin spent six years as a defense attorney for Progressive Insurance. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of how insurance companies evaluate claims, set reserves, and decide when to settle and when to fight. Today he puts that insight to work for his clients, anticipating the insurer’s playbook and building cases designed to recover full value.

Benjamin’s practice focuses on motor vehicle crashes, including car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, and pedestrian accidents. He also represents clients injured in slip-and-fall and other premises liability incidents, construction and workplace accidents, and cases involving traumatic brain and spine injuries and wrongful death.

Cousin Benny Injury Lawyers is a litigation practice group within Ronald A. Clearfield & Associates. Benjamin practices from the firm’s Center City office at 1617 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 355D.

Benjamin has personally secured a $4.4 million settlement and a $3 million settlement for clients injured in motor vehicle accidents. His team’s results also include a $1.75 million recovery in a medical negligence case. (Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.)

Outside the office, Benjamin is a proud sponsor of the Philadelphia Outward Bound School. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and cheering on Philadelphia’s sports teams.
