Anthony Lopresti has lived in the Philadelphia area his entire life. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University–Camden in 2000 and his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, in 2004. During law school, he clerked for a Wilmington personal injury firm in Wilmington, Delaware and he has practiced exclusively as a personal injury attorney ever since.
Admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in 2004, Anthony brings more than two decades of litigation experience to every case. He has handled thousands of injury matters in courts throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also litigated personal injury and civil rights cases in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
His practice centers on motor vehicle crashes, including car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, along with slip-and-fall, premises liability claims, and dog bite injuries.
In 2021, Anthony resolved a motor vehicle accident where his client was a passenger in an Uber vehicle when it was struck by another vehicle which failed to stop at a traffic light. His client sustained a fractured arm necessitating surgery and she had to undergo several remedial surgical procedures to ultimately correct the complex fracture. The matter settled for policy limits of 1 million dollars during the early phase of trial.
In 2022, Anthony resolved a medical negligence claim where a sleep physician failed to ensure that the patient received a CPAP machine for 1.5 million dollars.

Outside the office, Anthony enjoys golf, travel, and time with his wife and three children. He routinely volunteers at Project Graduation at his local High School, a non-profit venture ensuring that high school seniors have a safe environment to attend after their commencement.
